Description
Pink Sapphire is another great variety originating from a selection of crosses by Dean Slater. This tomato sports a beautiful, metallic striping once ripened. Adding to its unique appearance is the rare variegation found on the plant’s leaves that sometimes slowly fade during the maturation process with age of excessive heat. The plants themselves grow to a fairly standard height of 5-6 ft. on average. The production is above average, and the fruit are usually between 2-4 oz., possessing excellent hangtime on the vine. Under its impressive aesthetics lie a rich flavor that place on the sweeter end of the spectrum.
